For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, applied, installed, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened packaging
Items damaged due to improper use

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A photo of the packaging, if applicable

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
