We currently ship to selected countries and regions.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier service coverage.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support shipping to your location.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has been shipped.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please allow additional time for carrier processing.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • Your local carrier
  • Your mailbox or front door area
  • Neighbors
  • Building management or reception

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will try to help you investigate the issue.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged product
  • A clear photo of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse processing, or carrier arrangements.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
